"Day international's fight against violence and gender",

On the occasion of November 25, "Day international's fight against violence and gender", the Sahrawi women we want to express our unconditional solidarity with all the women of the world who are victims of abuse who are murdered by the mere fact of be women or to defend their rights. As some Sahrawi women living under the illegal Moroccan occupation of our land and that has become the main target of repression with which you are attempting to stifle the Sahrawi resistance against occupation in the occupied cities women of Western Sahara.
In any conflict, women carry the brunt of war crimes, but in the Western Sahara case, women are not only the mere consideration to humiliate one side. Unlike what happens in the rest of the world, Sahrawi women have distinguished themselves since the times of the colonization by its active role in the demands of his people fight and his fight against the Moroccan occupation.

The policy of terror and repression erected in system in the occupied areas, is the price you have paid and are still paying for not have been limited to a passive role in the interior of their homes and have become the engine of a struggle that has used the claim peaceful as main ammunition.
In Western Sahara, we have countless examples of struggle of our women who have sacrificed their lives and their families for the struggle of the scrupulous respect for human rights. We do call on all international organisations to support the struggles of women and especially those that are fighting for fundamental rights. On this occasion we wish to reiterate our solidarity with all women in the world and we express our strong condemnation of any expression of violence and discrimination.

A Panamanian delegation conducted a working visit to the refugee camps Western Sahara and which is composed of the President of the Association of friendship Panama Sahara

 The delegation Idelsa Saavedra is composed of the President of the Association Mrs. Gloria Esther Castillo and member of this Association.

The delegation who accompanies the representative of the National Union of Sahrawi women in the national Sahrawi Parliament has been received at a local in the Wilaya of Bujdur school and intends to visit different institutions of the Sahrawi Republic, as well as meetings with organizations including the UNMS and will be received by the Prime Minister of Western Sahara.

The refugee camps are in the southwestern region of Algeria. They are inhabited by Saharan refugees and were called with the names of cities in Western Sahara: Laayoune, Valls, Smara, Dakhla and Bujdur. Each camp is a wilaya structured into nuclei called dairas juvenile population. Its population is several tens of thousands of people, but the exact number varies depending on the source. Some of its inhabitants carry over 42 years in the place and the youngest are third-generation refugees who have never known their homeland, while the other half of the population lives in the territories occupied by Morocco and are deprived of their families since  live separated by a wall that Morocco built to isolate them and protect their invading troops, a wall of more than 2700 kilometers and planted millions of mines antipersonnel

During the event "Mimosas Rotas" of Ketty Caraffa the day against violence, the International Centre for the promotion of human rights based in Argentina today Tuesday, in Lombardy, made link in the chain of the 2017 peace awards in the Office of the "European Parliament Headquarters in Milan

" on the occasion of the 25th of November, international month of the fight against violence to women. In the event
"Mimose Stazzate" Idea and creation of the international journalist Ketty Carrafa with the collaboration of the journalist, international activist by the DD. HH and critical political Alicia Erazo, became the international award "Link of the chain of peace" by the hand of Dr. Laura Navarro de Contreras directly of the "human rights training centre" in Buenos air to Jadiyetu El Mohtar leading Sidahmed activist of the Saharavi. Francesco Vivacqua Chairman of culture and solidarity, Gabriela Montoneri among others. The event featured the participation of Sopranos, artists and celebrity guests and important authorities. The prize awarded to the Saharan representation is
grants in recognition of the achievements and the role of Saharawi women.
The event was witnessed by multiple national and international personalities, among which stands out, writer and President of the Association of collective memory, Ketty Carrafa, the director of the media of the Parliament European Centre, Bruno Marasa, the consultant studies in the city of Milan, Francesco Vivacqua and Argentine lawyer Laura Navarro, who awarded the prize to the Saharan diplomatic, Jadiyetu El Mohtar, responsible for Foreign Affairs of the National Union of Sahrawi women.
The ceremony, which featured the participation of the representative of the Frente Polisario in the region, Dahan Abdelfatah, was used to address the injustices and human rights violations suffered by the Saharans in the occupied areas at the hands of the Moroccan occupier. In this line, the present personalities, condemned the silence of the international community.
Moreover, the writer and President of the Association of collective memory, Ketty Carrafa, stressed in his speech, rooted in Sahrawi society, values that are those which guarantee
equality between men and women

Thousands of demonstrators in Madrid in favor of a referendum on self-determination in Western Sahara

Thousand of  people representing Spanish solidarity associations with the Saharawi people and members of the Saharawi community living in Spain demonstrated Saturday in Madrid to demand the holding of a referendum on self-determination in Western Sahara as soon as possible.
The protesters waved Sahrawi flags, banners in which slogans are written asking for peace for the Saharawi people, the right to self-determination and justice and respect for human rights in the occupied Saharawi territories."
They also chanted" peace and freedom for the Saharawi people "," guilty Morocco and responsible Spain ", where are human rights ?" and many other slogans put forward in this event organized every year in Madrid, to denounce the tripartite agreements of Madrid of November 14, 1975 through which Spain has ceded the Saharawi territory to Morocco and Mauritania.

Coming in thousands from all Spanish cities, the protesters of all ages highlighted during this demonstration, the suffering endured by the Saharawi people following these agreements that allowed Morocco to invade and occupy the Saharawi territory illegally since 1975. (SPS)
